The Enquire Learning Trust

We are a large Multi Academy Trust working across the North of England.
Our family of 32 primary academies share a dedication and commitment to high-quality, inclusive education.
We work hard to create inspiring places for children where they feel safe and nurtured, and we recognise that the outcomes we generate can transform pupils’ future choices and opportunities.
Our academies are great places to work too. We invest in our people, encouraging and supporting them to give their very best every day. We provide our colleagues with career pathways that enable them to develop their skills and talents alongside professionals who share the goal of putting children first.
Recruitment
You will hopefully see from our website that as a Trust we place a huge amount of emphasis on our core values and beliefs, and our culture is shared by every academy we work with. We recognise that the most important assets we have are our employees, and for our academies to succeed we need to ensure we employ the very best people to every single role.
Every role across the Trust is valued, appreciated and purposeful. We truly believe that every single individual we employ has a direct impact upon the education each of our learners receive. Whether teaching, support or leadership, every single role is vital to the success of our academies, and of the Trust.
We are always on the lookout for talented people who share our values. As a Trust we don’t have vacancies too often, but we don’t want that to put you off applying. We’ve created a talent pool so that you can submit an interest in working for us.

What We Offer
The key test for any activity generated within the Enquire Learning Trust should be: how does this impact upon learning in classrooms? All of the systems, processes, and activities we generate should be focused on improving the quality of teaching and, thereby, outcomes for children. We need to create the conditions for all children to become successful learners.
- Inclusive – provision should meet the needs of learners of all abilities, with aspirational targets set for every child.
- Focused on achievement – ensuring opportunities are created for all children to reach their academic potential.
- Meaningful and relevant – meeting children where they are and guiding them to where they need to be.
- Build confidence and self-esteem – so that all children believe they can be successful learners.
- Develop habits for learning – habits that children will use throughout their education and beyond.
- Be INSPIRATIONAL – creative and imaginative teaching that inspires a love of learning in every child.
This is what we should see, hear, and feel in every Enquire Learning Trust academy.
